Peter Oviatt, the designer of the XTC Running Method, has over 30 years experience coaching athletes of all ages and ability/experience levels at all distances. Not only that, "Coach O" has been studying and using heart rate training since 1994. A competitive runner himself, Peter uses his personal data and those of hundreds of athletes he's coached to produce the most effective training plan for each runner's individual circumstances. XTC is bringing in a small group of coaches who are trained in the science of heart rate and lactate training.
