

”In January 2017, I started running with Peter’s Tesseract Running Club, at his invitation. In March I ran an 8K road race (Bellingham Runn’ of The Green) in 34:13 – AG 80% – a 6:43 mile, the same pace as a 5K track race (20:51) the previous August that was my best race of that year. In May I ran The BMO Vancouver Half Marathon in 1:33:13 (AG 81%) at what used to be my 10K pace. I then ran the Burlington Berry Dairy Days 10K, USATF certified, in 40:58 (84.7%). The course was flat, out and back. My 5K splits were 20:50 and 20:08."
